Arrive at Paddington Station at 8.50am, where you’ll be received by our representative at the Information Desk (located at Platform 2). Receive a welcome pack with all you’ll need for the day. The train departs at 9.21am, so sit back in your reserved seat and enjoy a scenic train journey to Windsor.
Once you reach the picturesque town of Windsor on River Thames, visit the majestic Windsor Castle, the official residence of the Queen. The oldest and largest occupied castle in the world, the castle boasts 900 years old of British history.
See The State Apartments, Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House, The Semi-State Rooms, St George’s Chapel and more. Explore the magnificent State Apartments, still used for State occasions and Royal receptions. The Royal Collection boasts paintings by Rembrandt, Rubens and the famous triple portrait of Charles I by Sir Anthony van Dyck.
Enjoy informative audio commentary as you walk through the magnificent castle and soak your regal surroundings. The tour lasts approximately 2 hours. After the tour, you can explore the town of Windsor on your own.
You are free to return when you want to. Trains return to London every 20-30 minutes until approximately 10pm.

Rooms, are included in the visitor route. These rooms will be open to the public from
September 2021 to March 2022 and standard admission charges apply. Please note that when
the State Apartments are closed, the Semi-State Rooms will not be open.
