Voucher information: No need to print! You can show your voucher on your smartphone or other devices. (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)The date you choose is for the attraction ticket. The hop-on, hop-off ticket is valid for 12 months. (You can skip this if validity for both the component is not mentioned already)

Individual vouchers for each activity will be shared with customers within 24 hours of booking.Hop-on, Hop-off: Hop-on, Hop-off tickets are valid for redemption on the booked travel date or any date before it.Timings and stops are subject to change. Children under 16 will not be admitted without an adult.

If you require the use of a wheelchair please mention it clearly in the ‘special request’ section during the booking process.

There are six manual wheelchairs (25GBP deposit) and two boosters/ electronic wheelchairs (50GBP deposit) available at the Zoo entrance. There is no wheelchair hire charge, but you will be asked to pay a deposit.

Those booking senior or student options will be required to provide proof of age on the day of the tour. Anyone not able to provide such proof will be charged the additional amount locally.
