Please reach the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the start time. Unfortunately, we cannot wait for late passengers due to regulatory restrictions. No refund shall be provided to latecomers.

The tour is subject to cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the booking amount will be refunded to the customer.

Bookings are non-refundable, however, rescheduling is possible. The customer must inform regarding rescheduling 72 hours prior to the tour date. If there are more than one seat in one booking, all those seats shall be treated as one. No date or time split is possible.

Timings and routes are subject to change due to road closures and traffic conditions.

Children below the age of 5 are not permitted on the tour. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
