Having lived in Belfast for a good part of my life, I thought I knew it well. I took this tour with my American partner to show him the sights of Belfast and to learn a little of it's history. However I was amazed at how much I learned too! The tour guide was excellent and full of interesting snippets about the city. The bus was clean and had the option of sitting "outside " and the earphones worked.. unlike other tours I have taken in Europe and the States. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.. good value for money considering the tickets are valid for 48 hours ... and a lot of fun.
Saw everything - more than expected-drivers & guides exceptionally good.
This is a must-do if you're staying in Belfast for any length of time. The bus takes you through the history of the city and details the troubles and how delicately balanced the political situation is in the city. At many points on the tour my wife and I felt very emotional, as we passed by the "Peace Gates" and through the Falls/Shankill areas, while listening to the tour guide recount his tales of near-misses and friends he'd lost. You also get a feel for how the city has matured from that period and is striving to leave it all behind, while still coping with the tensions of some of the communities. It was definitely worth the time and money, and would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

The summer months from May to October are the best months to visit Belfast and enjoy everything that the city has to offer.
