Overcrowded
The HopOn-HopOff concept is always a good way to see the major sights of a foreign city. It's a bargain and a good way to get around. Unfortunately, in this city, on this particular port day, they were overwhelmed! Due to traffic and probably several cruise ships in port the bus was late and full at the first stop. No one wanted to get off at any of the stops for fear of there not being enough room to get back on the next time it came around. However, the narration was good as were the attendants at the stop. I would still recommend HopOn-HopOff for it's ease of use and expect the company will revise it's operation to add a bus or two during these peak times to make it actually possible to get off at any of the stops without the risk of being stranded.
