Please present this ticket directly at entrance of SkyPark for admission.

All guests may be subject to a search, including bags, clothes and other possessions, when entering the SkyPark Observation Deck.

SkyPark Observation Deck's Management reserves the right to reject entry for guests who visit after 4pm.

Opening hours may vary on certain dates. Please check the official website for closure dates prior to your visit.

If rain or lightning is present, then the SkyPark Observation Deck may be closed.

Only guests that have been up to the SkyPark Observation Deck for less than one (1) hour when it is closed are entitled to a refund. Management reserves the right to close the SkyPark Observation Deck as they deem necessary.

Entry to the SkyPark Observation Deck is subject to availability - wait time to enter will be based upon Observation Deck capacity.

Tickets are for single entry only.

For digital photo, have your photo taken by one of the professional photographers on site. The photographer will give you a Photo Claim Card. Go to the website that is listed on the Claim Card and enter the necessary information. Remember to claim your photos as soon as possible. Photos only remain on the site for a short time.
