Witness a recreated miniature volcanic eruption with real lava from the 1918 Katla eruption, superheated and poured into a showroom.

After the Lava Show, head to the Old Harbour for a Northern Lights Cruise. Search for the Aurora Borealis away from city lights on this thrilling winter cruise. The Northern Lights, visible from September to April, offer a breathtaking display of changing intensity, colour, and movement. With experienced aurora hunters guiding the way, this cruise maximizes your chances of witnessing this natural wonder.

Icelandic weather can be very cold, we recommend dressing in warm layers, waterproof jacket and warm headgear and gloves. Flat bottom shoes are recommended.

The lava show is a safe experience, however, pregnant women, people with infants, and people with cardiovascular diseases are recommended to sit in the back and/or close to the exits just to be on the safe side.
