You’ll learn about the relationship this garden has with the city, and it’s surrounding monuments. You’ll wander through beautiful gardens of vibrant colours and sweet scents. You'll see a Stegosaurus! A labyrinth and have the chance to stroll along tree-lined walkways. This is a two-hour tour that will delight anyone with a green-fingered tendency. You’ll meet at the entrance to the Jardin des Plantes near the Gare d'Austerlitz metro station. Then be taken on a two-hour tour into Paris’s, nay France's main botanical garden.
With your guide, you’ll be able to discuss the history of the site from its former glory as a royal garden of medicinal plants to its current incarnation.
You’ll stroll through various gardens, depending on the season, you’ll see rare specimens, monuments and historic trees. Enjoying the scenery, the smells and it's ambience.
