The Louvre Museum is one of the most visited, oldest, largest and famous art galleries and museums in the world. Before going into the Louvre, spend some time in the Tuileries garden. Its alleys and lawns stretch along the Seine River from the Louvre museum to the Place de la Concorde.
Once you are inside the Louvre Museum, your guide will show you some of the museum’s artworks. Step back into antiquity and view treasures like the Seated Scribe or the Venus de Milo. Marvel at the explosion of creativity in the Renaissance with Michelangelo’s Slaves and of course Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa. See 19th French masterpieces like Ingres’ La Grande Odalisque and Géricault’s The Raft of the Medusa.
The guided tour ends in the museum after which you are free to stay in the museum and browse the works at your leisure.

After the 2½ hour guided visit, you may visit other parts of the museum on your own. The Louvre Museum closes at 6pm except on Wednesdays & Fridays when it remains open until 9:45pm.
Your entrance ticket does not give access to temporary exhibitions.
Children below 18 years are free to enter the Museum, the charge levied is for the audio guide.
This tour is not suitable for people with mobility problems (tour on foot).
