Empire State Building Admission:

What you then do from 86 stories above the New York streets is up to you!

Empire State Building:
The Empire State Building is wheelchair accessible. You can save some time avoiding queues at the ticket counter but since this is a general admission ticket, their is no privileged access to Empire State Building.
