Voucher information: Redeem your e-ticket or voucher at the bus station before using it. Show your printed voucher and photo ID or e-ticket at the redemption location. You'll get a ticket in exchange, which you need to keep until it expires or the tour ends. After you get your ticket, the voucher won't be valid anymore.

The entire loop lasts approximately 1 hour.

After 04.00 pm - buses do not stop and do not pick up clients at the stop points.

Ho Chi Minh City is a functioning city bus schedules may be delayed, reduced, or changed suddenly due to traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures during holidays and festivals, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Tours run in all weather conditions, rain or shine. Full refunds are only given if the service is suspended due to weather. In case of heavy rain, the tour will still operate, but passengers can reschedule if they choose not to participate. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund will be provided.
