In case pickup is not possible directly from your hotel, you will be picked up from another location nearest to your place. Please arrive at your pickup location 30 minutes before the departure of the tour.

Icelandic winter nights can be very cold, we recommend dressing in warm layers and sturdy shoes.

In the event of an unsuccessful northern lights hunt, there will be no refund. However, you may join on subsequent tours until you have a successful night of seeing the northern lights.

Indicated return times can vary due to road & weather conditions.

It's ideal to start your evening at the Aurora Museum and have us pick you up from there for your tour.

You can visit Aurora Museum in Reykjavik, Grandagarour 2, 101 for FREE. It is valid only on the day you join the tour, only if tour is operational. You will get the confirmation via mail and you need to reach the museum on your own.

You can choose whether or not to use the complimentary ticket for your visit to the Aurora Reykjavik Museum. We regret that, because this is a complimentary ticket, we will be unable to issue any partial refund if you do not intend to attend the museum.
