From 19th June due to works for the new Milan metro, stop no. 6 of the Yellow D line will be suspended until further notice.
This is a good bus stop tour for the money paid. I paid £38 for two 72 hour tickets for me and my son. I like the concept of the app to track the buses in real time and for easy access to real time information. This came in helpful during our stay in Milan and trying to work out when the next buses for due.
The information (specifically the downloaded map) from the website I think needs updating as this didn't seem to match the information given on the day. I think the buses are less frequent than the map shows or the map isn't clear enough and perhaps a little misleading.
The tour information given was good in terms of the content however I found that sometimes the information was read out at the wrong time either too late so that we had passed the feature that was being discussed or too early so that we didn't know what was being discussed.
The staff were really friendly and helpful and there always seemed to be enough space on the bus without it being too empty or overcrowded.
There are 4 different routes throughout Milan and I found that I only needed to do 3 of the routes as a lot of the sites overlapped and so there was little value in doing all 4 routes.
Overall a good experience and I would use similar services in other cities however some work could be done to improve the experience further.
The bus goes by many different attractions. It is a great way to see the city even if you just stay on the bus.
Excellent way to see Milan.
