All guests must be at least 7 years of age or older to participate

As an active place of worship, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore requires guests to have their shoulders and knees covered. It is sufficient to bring along a light scarf or cardigan and put them on prior to entering the holy areas.

Backpacks and large bags are not allowed in the church. Lockers are provided.

We recommend you to wear flat, comfortable shoes. There are 463 stairs to climb to the rooftop viewing deck.

Please note that this tour is not advised for people who have tendencies of claustrophobia or fear of heights.
