Bear in mind that it was an extremely rainy day, which was obviously out of the control of the tour group. That being said, we had to wait in the downpour a good 25 minutes at the stop, and once there we couldn't step on because the buses were overcrowded. Also, the signage wasn't always very obvious and the drivers didn't seem to be very communicative or helpful. We have done other Hop On Hop Off services prior, so I know that this may have just been the exception to the rule. Palma de Mallorca is a beautiful place to visit!
