We got picked up on time and taken to the larger bus, where we then caught this bus for the 45 minute trip, the guide was ok and the city of Bratislavia was beautiful, and very...
I was picked up on time and dropped at the bus station. I noted that I had forgotten my passport and asked if it was needed. The assistant said that it was. I was unable to attend and no assistance or solution was offered by the operator. I went back and got my passport and took the train to Bratislava instead. There were no passport checks at any time. I was disappointed to miss the Danube trip. More assistance or empathy would have been welcome.
Only suggestion would be to have the tour leader speak into a microphone or supply whispers for the participants. Other than that the tour was good.
