Big Bus San Francisco: Hop-On, Hop-Off and Alcatraz Ticket

Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)

For Alcatraz visit, please redeem your e-tickets at our 99 Jefferson St Information Center the day before (or up until 10:00 am the day of) your Alcatraz visit. A photo ID is required for each adult in the group over the age of 18.

Validity: 14 days from or before the date chosen at the time of booking

Timings and stops are subject to change. The updated map will be available once you board the bus.

Instructions for Alcatraz: Please email all details like booking confirmation number, preferred Alcatraz tour date, lead guest name, and names for all other guests included in the booking (and ages if they are under 18) to us at support@isango.com.

This must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance of your visit. Same-day bookings are not available. Alcatraz tour times are considered confirmed tickets once a time has been allocated and cannot be changed.
