Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)
After your booking, you will receive separate vouchers for each activity. Please keep the vouchers handy and present it to the respective activity operators on the day of your visit.
Hop-on, hop-off:
For printed vouchers, you need to redeem it at bus stop 1, Yonge-Dundas Square.
Timings and stops are subject to change. The updated map will be available on the bus.
Partial wheelchair access - No ramp but wheelchair space onboard the bus.
Not all departures will have the multi-lingual audio commentary or the live guided commentary available. This varies each day depending on the buses in use and live guide availability. Please check locally for which departures that day will have the audio guide commentary or live guide to avoid disappointment.
Niagara Fall Tour:
All guests are required to check in at least 15 minutes prior to departure for boarding.
Please carry your valid photo ID with your ticket.
Seat Requirement: All infants and toddlers traveling on our vehicles are required to occupy their own seat. For safety purposes, they must be secured in a government-approved car seat or booster seat appropriate for their age, height, and weight.

I've done a few hop on hop off bus tours in various other cities, and I really, really enjoyed this one. I can't remember the guides name, but I know he moved to Toronto from the Caribbean. So if anyone gets him as a tour guide, just know he's great!<br />Also, we didn't get to use the Harbour Cruise voucher, but we were informed that that never expires as long as it hasn't been used before. Just an FYI for those who are wondering if they'll have enough time. Just keep your ticket and when you make your way back to Toronto, you can go on that Harbour Cruise!
