Very good expeirance, very very educational to really enjoyed it. The only down side to it was, on a hot day when your on the Batobus cruise it gets very hot and sticky the cabin crew didn't have all the windows open which they need to!!! because its like sitting in a green house. Apart from that i would recomend this tour to anyone travling t round paris!!!

We had never gone to Ottawa and were recommended to take the Hop and Go. Well we had such a great time and we certainly will recommend this to any one who goes and it is the coolest way to visit a new city. Many thanks to the whole team.

We were very happy with the whole experience. The trip was excellent. We were only a small group and everyone got along well. Highly recommended.

We paid for the hop on hop off bus in Paris. Our hotel was near the Eiffel Tower, so we decided to trade in our voucher there. There was a long que, to pay. After waiting about 20 minutes, we were near the front of the line. Then a second bus pulled up and everyone from the back of the line ran to it. We were next in line and then the driver said no more passengers you have to go on the next bus. So we wound up being at the back of the que again. My wife explained the situation to one off the bus staff and she said, sorry there is nothing we can do. The same thing happened with the second bus, but this time I was aggressive and ran to the third bus, which we finally got on. It took an hour to get on the bus. My wife and I were both upset. it was a bad way to start our vacation.

Would highly recommend this tour if you are sightseeing in Paris. It gets you around all the sights. We found the drivers to be very friendly and pleasant. The buses were very busy but we always found seats as they are frequent in high season. There are 4 different tours taking you on 4 different routes throughout the City. We went on the Paris Grand Tour and the Montmartre tours only, due to time constraints but thoroughly enjoyed both. The Cruise was great and took you a good distance down the Seine. Overall, good value for money. The only negative I would mention is the audio tour which you listen to as you go round on the bus, there is too much music interspersed between the narration and the ear phones were very uncomfortable for me.
