Hop on hop off : You must exchange your ticket for a physical ticket at the Gwanghwamun Ticket Office before you can board the bus. Please note that you cannot use the electronic ticket to board the bus directly.
The tour may operate with an open double-decker bus, a glass-top double-decker bus, or a semi-open single-decker bus, depending on reservations, traffic, and vehicle availability . The buses operate normally even in rainy or snowy weather (the roof can be opened and closed).
There is no designated seat system, the bus operated on a first come first served basis.(During holidays and peak seasons, it is recommended to arrive earlier than the departure time), If you hop off at the middle station then you can board a bus as a standing passenger
Drinking coffee, beverages and eating food are prohibited in the vehicle.
Standing is not allowed on the 2nd floor of the open-top double-decker bus.N Seoul Tower :
Free admission for children under 36 months old (up to one infant can be brought along for free by one adult)
Tickets can be collected using the electronic voucher.
A. Collection address: 105, Namsangongwon-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul (Yongsan-dong 2-ga), at the self-service ticket machine located on the basement level of the Observatory (5th floor of N Seoul Tower Plaza), by scanning the barcode.
B. Collection time:
- Monday to Thursday: 11:00 – 21:30
- Friday to Sunday: 11:00 – 22:00
The usage address and time are the same as the ticket collection address and time.
Additional note: Please proceed to the self-service ticket machine on the basement level of the Observatory (5th floor of N Seoul Tower Plaza) to redeem your ticket.
Once the ticket is issued, it is non-refundable
