It is compulsory to provide the first and last name of every passenger on every booking.

Please email the first and last name of every passenger to support@isango.com once you have made the booking. Customers without a valid ID card or with a name not matching the ticket will be refused the entrance. It will not be possible to change the name on a ticket once it is purchased.

Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

Security: Due to heightened security measures, you may experience delays in clearing security checks when entering the Colosseum. Guests with a pacemaker will need to show a certificate to bypass security screening.

You need to bring a valid identification document for all members of the group, both adults and children. If a document attesting to the age of the children is not presented, they will be charged the adult rate.

Bags: Bulky bags, trolleys or backpacks are not allowed at the Colosseum. No glass bottles allowed.

Please wear comfortable footwear and clothing as the tour involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs, especially in the Roman Forum
